Questions
What travellers often ask.
Do you plan the whole trip or just book flights?
The whole trip: flights, accommodation, transfers, experiences and support while you're away. We can also book flights alone, but bringing everything together is our strength.
Can you book business or first class flights?
Yes. When the route and fare make sense, we find the right seat, including options booked with miles. You arrive ready to enjoy your trip.
Do you charge for planning an itinerary?
We start with a no-obligation conversation. If more extensive planning involves a fee, we explain and agree on it beforehand, so there are no surprises.
Which destinations do you cover?
International travel to the destination you have in mind, from the classics to less obvious choices. Tell us your idea and we'll explain how to make it happen.
How does support work while I'm travelling?
Through WhatsApp, from your first message until you return. If a flight is delayed, plans change or something comes up, just send us a message.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier the better, especially in high season or for places with limited availability. We also help with last-minute trips when needed.
